# Pose Offset Layer

## Description

**Pose Offset** is a helpful layer, which is designed to offset the selected element. It is commonly used for adjusting IK objects for special cases, like crouching or crawling.

* Element: the selected bone to offset.

* Pose: Transform offset for this element.

* Space: desired space to apply offset in.

* Modify Mode: whether to Add or Replace transform.

* Name: the name of the control parameter.

* Mode: the Direct or Mask mode of the control parameter.
